EARTHING CABLE

Earthing is used to secure you from an electric crash. It does this by giving a self-protective conductor for a fault current to flow to earth. It alike causes the protective device either Highphen Unequal or fuse to switch off the electric current to the circuit that has the fault. As the cable is manufactured of copper, the earth cable provides a low resistance path to the ground. In the event of a fault, the big live current passing through the case earth cable will follow this path to the ground rather of transferring through a person, and will blow the fuse rendering the appliance secure.
